Two injured, suspected shooter dead at Colorado school: sheriff
DENVER: Two students were injured in a shooting incident at a school in the US state of Colorado on Friday, before the suspected gunman apparently killed himself, the local sheriff said.The suspect was also a student.
"That individual is .. deceased, he apparently killed himself," Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson told reporters.
According to reports the now-deceased shooter was a male student at Arapahoe High School. He died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound
Officials said the gunman made a reference at some point about a specific teacher.
There was no shooting activity between police and the shooter.
One student was shot and is injured; transported to local hospital in "serious" condition, whereas a second student has suffered a "minor wound" and officials are not sure if it is a gunshot wound. (Agencies)
