Dacoit killed in alleged police encounter in Azizabad
KARACHI: A robber was killed in an alleged police encounter in Azizabad area, Media reported.
Azizababad police said during patrol in Bhangoria Goth in the night, they signaled a motorcycle to stop, however, the three men riding on its opened fire on police.
In retaliatory fire, one dacoit was killed and two others managed to flee after jumping into Malir river.
The body of the dacoit was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Police recovered a motorcycle and arms.
