ISLAMABAD: Appointment of Qamar Zaman Chadhry as National Accountability Bureau Chairman (NAB) has been challenged in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, zEE iNFO News reported on Friday.
Barrister Zafarullah Jamali, who filed the petition, prayed the court to strike down his appointment since he didn’t fulfill the criterion for the post as only a retired officer could become the NAB boss.
He stated that Chaudhry had not retried instead he resigned from his job.
