According to SSP anti-car lifting cell Asad Raza, the police arrested three accused involved in the motorbike lifting in Joharabad after an encounter. Five motorcycles were also recovered from the possession of the accused, he said.
Meanwhile, the rangers conducted operation in Chaneser Goth, Shah Faisal Colony, Green Town, Rasheedabad, Taiser Town, Daud Shoro Goth, North Nazimabad, Clifton, and Baloch Colony areas.
The rangers sources said that 19 accused were arrested during the operation in aforesaid areas while weapon were also recovered from their possession.
In Lyari, police carried out raids in Baghdadi area, arresting five suspects and recovering loading mini truck, bottles of wine, smuggled cycles, a revolver and a 9MM pistol from their possession.
The accused are being interrogated.
