Mother, two sons amid four killed over old enmity in Thatta
THATTA: Four persons including a mother with her two sons were killed and two sustained injuries when rival clans over old enmity traded fire at Berani Goth on Saturday here, Media reported.
Police said that some persons from Brohi clan in the wee hours today stormed into the Berani Goth village near Jhirak Site some 50 kilometers away from here and opened fire, which resulted in the death of four persons including Khadeja and her two sons, while two others sustained injuries. The assailants after firing escaped from the scene, police said.
The murdered Khadeja Brohi from Jacobabad sometime ago had married by choice Haq Nawaz Magsi and the couple out of fear had taken refuge in Berani Goth. The husband of the deceased is in jail on murder charge. Bodies are being shifted to their native village.
