Taliban With Local Jehadis Plot to Kidnap Musharraf on Way:ISI
ISLAMABAD: Intelligence agencies have warned that Tahrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has made a comprehensive kidnapping plan of former President Pervez Musharraf by constituting different teams for its successful execution, Media reported.
Sources said that the intelligence agencies have issued advisory relating to the former President General (retired) Pervez Musharraf, which said that TTP has hatched a plot to kidnap Pervez Musharraf with the help of local jehadi elements. It further said that attempt would be made to hijack Musharraf on way from sub-jail to the court. The time and place when/where this plot would be executed still not known.
Intelligence agencies have, therefore, proposed ensuring Pervez Musharraf’s utmost protection and security.
