Sindh: 24 CNG Stations Closure From 8am Tuesday
CNG filling stations across Sindh, including Karachi, would remain close starting 8 o'clock Tuesday morning due to attacks on Zamzama and Kashmore gas fields by explosives.

After the act of terrorism gas supply to CNG stations all across Punjab province has also been cut while gas would not be also supplied to production units in Punjab.

Miscreants in Balochistan targeted the gas line going from Dadu, Sind to Punjab  Monday morning. This pushed up the gas shortfall by 200 mmfc for Sui Northern Gas Company.

The second act of terrorism took place  in Kashmore where unidentified miscreants blew Sui-Karachi gas pipeline to near Sind-Balochistan border with explosives. The gas line caught fire after the explosion. Sui Northern says that the blowing up of the gas pipeline would result in the gas shortfall by 190 million cubic feet.

After the incident gas supply to CNG stations would remain suspended for three days while gas supply to production units would also remain suspended for three days.

Sui Northern's central senior manager Rehan Nawaz has said that engineers would complete the repair work on the gas pipeline soon.
