MUMBAI: Director Karan Johar has confirmed that he will be making a sequel of the super hit Bollywood film ‘Student of the Year’.
Johar tweeted: For all those asking....definitely planning #SOTY2....Dharma plans to make it a franchise and launch new talent with it each time.
The film which was released in 2012 launched three newcomers into Bollywood – Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. The sequel is also expected to launch newcomers.
