JERUSALEM: Israel's pay out construction in annexed eastern Jerusalem is a part of a strategy geared towards preventing the actual Holy Metropolis from becoming the administrative center of a two states, an indoor EU report entirely on Wednesday.
Within its Jerusalem Report for 2012, the European union flagged building in Har Homa, Gilo along with Givat HaMatos while "most considerable and problematic", describing it as "part of a political strategy aiming at turning it into impossible intended for Jerusalem being the capital of a two states"
