ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that a high-level security meeting has been summoned in Islamabad to deliberate on the terror threats faced by the country.
Talking to Geo News correspondent Pervez Shaukat, Rehman Malik said that police IGs and home secretaries of all four provinces and top officials of intelligence agencies would also attend the meeting.
The minister said that the blast in Karachi has begun a new wave of terrorism that he had informed in the past. He said whenever he had informed about any terror threat it happened, adding that the law enforcement agencies should seriously consider this threat.
Malik said that he would continue to do everything possible four countering terrorism.
